A mobile hiccup
A little mobile hiccup.
Hi everyone!
Some Android Chrome users have experienced buttons that don’t respond. I’ve added a working browser option while I continue fixing the original issue.
Open the planner on your phone
Open AuthorCue365 in Chrome on Android or Safari on iPhone.
Sign in and refresh the page.
Tap Open browser planner at the bottom.
Tap Continue to browser planner.
Your planner opens in a new tab. You can use it there without installing anything.
Install on Android
From the new planner tab:
Tap Chrome’s three-dot menu.
Choose Install and create shortcut, then Install.
Follow the prompts.
Install on iPhone
From the new planner tab in Safari:
Tap Share—the square with an upward arrow. It may be inside Safari’s page menu.
Choose Add to Home Screen.
Turn on Open as Web App, if shown, then tap Add.
You can then open AuthorCue365 using its icon on your phone.
Your saved books remain on your account. Any unfinished edits stay in the original browser tab.
